PHII (Professional Home Inspectors Institute). I am also a member of
inteNACHI,
a highly respected association of International Home Inspectors.
I am a certified W.E.T.T. Inspector, having been trained and qualified through W.E.T.T.inc to perform inspections on
wood burning appliances and equipment.
I am also a licensed Septic Installer, which gives me the qualificatons to perform comprehensive septic inspections on your prospective
property.
My experience is extensive in the building industry. I have been a journeyman member
of the Alberta Carpenters Union, and have worked in commercial and residential carpentry. I have studied cabinet making through George Brown College,
and have owned and operated renovation contracting businesses in Calgary, Vancouver, and in the North Bay area.
On a personal level, I have been involved in the building trade through my extended family,
since I have been old enough to hand someone a nail. So
